How it all started
BuyEBike was founded in 2013 by Levent Aydin — a certified tour guide, passionate cyclist and true Berliner at heart. What began as a small (E)Bike rental near Rosenthaler Platz has grown into one of the city's most trusted sustainable sightseeing services.
The insight was simple but powerful: the distances between Berlin's historic highlights in Berlin-Mitte are too far to walk comfortably, yet too close for buses or the U-Bahn. Rickshaws, (E)Bikes and E-Scooters fill that gap perfectly — getting you closer to the city's culture, history and hidden treasures, in your own language, at your own pace.
Today we operate private tailor-made tours for individuals and groups of all sizes, with flexible start points, pick-up options and a wide choice of vehicles. Our guides speak English, German, Dutch, Turkish and other languages on request. We are proud suppliers on TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide and Bokun — and even prouder of the thousands of five-star reviews our guests leave behind.
